  • Do you provide a collection/pickup service?
    Yes, pickup is available from The Chattel Villages, Holetown, St. James between Tuesday to Saturday. All orders are scheduled for NEXT DAY pickup. A representative will contact you will the available time frames and location details after your order confirmation. Pickup times can be requested and we will try to honor all requests but this is not guaranteed. Please note, we have a NO HOLD policy. If an order is placed on Tuesday, your order will be scheduled for pickup on Wednesday. Orders will not be held for more than a day unless your order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Orders placed on any of these days will be scheduled for pickup on Tuesday. Additionally, we do not have a physical storefront, we are online only. Only confirmed orders will be at our pickup location. If you would like to request to view additional items from our website, kindly notify us when you place your order.
  • Do you provide a delivery service?
    Yes, orders are available for delivery between Tuesday and Sunday. All orders are scheduled for NEXT DAY delivery and a representative will contact you with a scheduled time frame for delivery. Additionally, please state the hours you will be at the location provided. We try to accommodate all requested delivery times however, this request is not guaranteed. Delivery rates are calculated at checkout and are based on your location. The fee is $7.00 - $15.00 depending on your parish. Please note at this time we do not provide a delivery service to Bridgetown except to residences. Please note, we have a NO HOLD policy. If an order is placed on Tuesday, your order will be scheduled for delivery on Wednesday. Orders will not be held for more than a day unless your order is placed on Sunday (after 9:00am) or Monday. Orders placed on any of these days will be scheduled for delivery on Tuesday.
  • Do you offer meet-ups?
    No, we offer free pickup from The Chattel Villages, Holetown, St. James or we provide a delivery service for an additional fee of $7.00 - $15.00 depending on your parish.
  • Do you provide same day pickup or delivery?
    To ensure our clients receive the best service for their orders, we only provide NEXT day pickup or delivery. In the event that we can accommodate a same day pickup or delivery, we will give you a call via the number provided at checkout. Requests can be made BEFORE 10:00 am, however this is not guaranteed.
  • Can I curate or build my own box?
    Yes, you can in 4 EASY STEPS. Step 1: Select the items you would like and add them to your cart. Step 2: Select the box you would like on the GIFT WRAP page and add to your cart. Step 3: Select the note card you would like to add to your box and add to your cart. Step 4: Checkout and you are done! Please note if the box chosen is unable to fit the items requested we will contact you to make any changes before we proceed with curating your box.
  • Do you offer customization?
    No, we do not customization on engraving on our items at this time. Stay tuned to our social media pages for when we offer this service in the future.
